Propel Healthtech West Yorkshire was launched in November 2026 with a £4.5 million investment through the West Yorkshire Mayor’s Investment Zone, part of a broader £160 million Investment Zone initiative. Over four years, it plans to support hundreds of innovators, fostering high-value job creation and technological advancements that improve patient care.

Application Details and Timeline
Applications for the final 2026 cohort opened at 9 am on Monday, 20 July, and will close at 4 pm on Friday, 25 September. Successful innovators will be notified on Friday, 2 October, ahead of the cohort launch event on Thursday, 15 October. The program is scheduled
To be eligible, applicants must be early-stage innovators or organizations with evidence of NHS traction. They must also have a presence in West Yorkshire or be willing to establish one. Each successful organization will receive support tailored to its stage of development and growth ambitions, reflecting its individual commercial and clinical priorities.
